Huawei SA Online

Will never buy from Huawei South Africa Online again Worst experience ever. No direct line or link to their online order department - you have to go via accounts department and then it is all second hand information. Get email to say order has been shipped and then 5minutes later email to say order delivered - obviously has not been received. When I eventually get through to sales I am told there is a delay on shipment even though I received an email confirming shipment - no reason given and no idea when I will receive my order or if I will not receive it all.
