Huawei SA are *****!

Absolutely shocking service. A promotion was claimed against my new device's IMEI number and Huawei SA still haven't rectified my complaint or sent my smart watch after 6weeks. Completely *********** call Centre staff and managers are always in a meeting, all 8 times I asked to speak to a manager. I still have not received my smart watch and as promised, I still have not been assisted!
