HUAWEI'S UNDELIVERED PROMISE

<p>I recently went to MTN at Northgate to upgrade my phone, i was then approached by a guy name Leo who is representing Huawei. He explained to me that Huawei is running a special if i take the P10 it comes with a pouch.7 inch tablet, pouch with a Bluetooth keyboard and a Woolworths R1000 voucher.</p> <p>I went ahead with the upgrade and took the special, i only recieved the P10, clear pouch, tablet and the Bluetooth keyboard, but not the Woolworths R1000 voucher. They ( Tshepo and Leo) took my contact details and promised to send th voucher withon a week. </p> <p>i kept going back to the MTN store to fnd out what was happening with the voucher they promised me. Leo gave me his manager's contact details by the name Portia ( ********** 211) when i contacted Portia she told me she is busy with if. After few days i tried contacting her again but she ignored my calls only respond when i call with a different number</p> <p>After fer days i decided to call Huawei call centre andexpain to them the situation, they also took my name and contact details and promise to get back to me within 24 hours. this happened last week Wednesday</p> <p>Can someone fom Huawei explain to me regarding this matter or MAYBE THIS IS YOUR WAY OF ATTRACTING CUSTOMER BY PROMISING THEM THINGS ONCE THEY GET THE PHONE THEN YOU DON'T DELIVERTO YOUR PROMISE </p>
