Huawei repairs

I bought a phone on the 10th of November 2020 with a 100 days free protection screen. On the 7th of January 2021 the phone went for repairs since then. The service is very poor no one has updated me on the progress, when I call the agents are unprofessional and rude, they have the audacity to say there's a "backlog " what does that even say of the quality of the phone???? A very common phone hence they came up with the protections screen. I need help due to the fact that I work with my phone and there's a lot put to on hold. @Huawei.
