Huawei repair centre trashy service
I had a good experience with a Huawei p9 lite, that when i had to renew my contract I came back to Huawei for a Psmart. I love the brand so much, I am not willing to change to another cellular brand, after upgrading unfortunately my phone was caught in minor fire and my side buttons burnt. I called Huawei and the call centre consultant said the repair would cost me R450, the call was recorded in case.
So a private courier service then fetched the phone from my workplace. I did not get any feedback thereafter and I had to email the company myself for a payment method, which was now over a R1000, I had to ask for an extension as this had not been what was communicated to me by the consultant, however my emails were not responded to and my phone was back to my workplace the following day without notifying me.
I however thought I'll do this again as soon as I get paid but when I opened the phone, it was not turning on and asking me to connect to the wifi. I have since tried all wifi and everything, sending multiple emails without any responses.
I am still paying contract but not using the phone because Huawei repair centre has left me to deal with it on my own.
