Huawei repair centre

I sent my phone for repairs for a cracked screen. I accepted the quotation, paid and sent proof of payment on the 26th February 2019. Till date when i check the progress, i get the message that states that they are waiting for parts. Everytime i contact the call centre i get different feedback.

Its so frustrating to wait for something this long without a clear explanation of why that is.
