Huawei Repair Center

Still no response from management regarding my handset which has been repaired twice in 2 months and is only 8 months old. Agents keep apologizing but nothing gets done about the matter. Would like my handset to be replaced with a new one immediately. Don't get compensated for all the calls I've made. Been given a R200 coupon which I cannot use as everything is so expensive on their app. This is ongoing since the 11th Dec 2025 and very disappointing in Huawei after service.
