Huawei repair center absolute worst service

They collected phone for repair 3 months ago. Quoted on items that were never faulty in the first place, in fact quote is R 500 higher than a new phone (P8). Repair center never answers phones and never returns messages. No feedback on queries and now say they can't return phone unless I pay R250. Shocking and disgusting service. Great phones but repair services are an absolute nightmare !!!
