Huawei Repair center
It's now been 3 days and no one from management had the decency to call back. After I've made numerous calls don't get compensated in any way. So please watch the after service when your Huawei handset needs repairs and you receive it and still has the same problem. This matter is on going since the 11th Dec 2025. Every agent you speak says someone will call but nobody does. I am deeply disappointed in the after service of Huawei Repair Center

02 Jan 2026, 11:23I was called this morning at 10.14am by an agent who was very rude and abrupt say they called several times on the 31st December 2025 and the 1st January 2026. The first call on the 31st December 2025 rang for 7 seconds when I tried to call back no response. The second call on the 1st January 2026 at 1.14pm rang fir 6 seconds when I called back no response. I am very disgusted at the service received from Huawei. Now I'm told they will call back on the 5th January 2026. I was never contacted by anyone of management as I was told. This company called SSS Mobile which I don't have any knowledge about has the phone. This matter is ongoing since the 11th Dec 2025. I called back spoke to Shahied who then said he would call back. What I don't understand is they call back on cell numbers which does not come up as the company name Huawei. So I would like someone to take responsibility. This handset is only months old. And second time being repaired. I would like it replaced with a brand new handset.

02 Jan 2026, 11:25I've made over 20 calls no one compensates me for my airtime. Emails been sent no response. So how is the departments that deals with complaints not responding to your email. Very very bad after service.
