Huawei Pura 70 that did not even last for 5 months!

I bought a Huawei Pura 70 on a contract on the 22nd of June 2024 at MTN Eastgate mall (near checkers). on the 22nd of October the phone switched off and stopped working, I took it back to the store. They tried switching it on but that did not work and therefore they booked it in. After 2 weeks I went to check with them if they have made any progress, they gave me the phone back but I only realised when I got home that the flashlight was not working and had to take it back the following day (07 November 2024). They checked it and they found that there were other errors on the phone other than the flashlight which included the charging and battery, volume, and communication and networks and therefore they admitted the phone for the second time. As I am typing this its been two months without my phone and I am still paying the monthly installment of R699. When I try to reach out to them they are not willing to assist me. I tried calling Huawei and they are not answering their calls. MTN is telling me to pay an admin fee of R350 to Huawei so they can fix my Phone. Mind you this is the same Huawei Pura 70 that has been released this year. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. The manager of MTN Eastgate is forever not available, today I went there and they told me she is not around and they are not allowed to call her. Please help
