HUAWEI Pura 70 Series Promotion with HUAWEI Gift.

On the 29th of November, 2024. I signed up for Black Friday Huawei Pura 70 series promotion with Hussein gits, contract with Telkom. The promotion comes with a set Huawei SE Earbuds and a Huawei Fit 3 smar****ch. Both to be fulfilled by Huawei South Africa.

The Huawei representative was present at the Telkom office branch to process my application with number, HW*** as the gifted items will be fulfilled by Huawei South Africa and not Telkom. On the 7th December, 2024 I was notified by Huawei via email that my application had been validated and duly informed that the gifts will be despatched within seven working days. It's been over 30 days and the gifts are to be delivered to the designated Telkom office branch. I have made several inquiries from the Huawei agent and their contact centre on a firm delivery date, but all I get is their apologies with a promise to speed up the process. It has been the same story since December. This is poor customer service and it is unaccepted that promises made are not kept.
