Huawei Pura 70 repair
Well up until today I haven't received my handset. I've been phoned the matter has been escalated but still not resolved. Very bad service. I don't understand why they did not just replace the handset. What is going to happen when I eventually receive the handset and have the same issue. I do not want to sound like I'm complaining but management doesn't even care. I am deeply disappointed in the service received.

29 Dec 2025, 17:21I've now called Huawei twice today 29th December 2025 and still no response. Was told someone of management was going to call back within a hour nobody called. I called back then told to give it till tomorrow so who is giving who the run around. Not acceptable.

30 Dec 2025, 10:59It's now 30th December 2025 management was to call yesterday nobody called. Called them back was told management would call by 2pm today. This is unacceptable why do they not take responsibility for their bad service.
