Huawei PSmart not fixed over a month

The quality of the service i get at Huawei melrose arch is poor and unpleasing, I took in my Hauwei P Smart a month ago and they told me it wpuld be repaird withing 7 working daya . I went bacl to the store more than three times since then,the consultants keep changing excuses..firstly im told that my phone is fixed but payment wasnt recieved, secondly they tell me that my phone has not been fixed..my P Smart is still not fixed after a whole 30 days. The consultants keep me waiting there for hours and hours ..... and they never answer when i call someone please help.
