Huawei promotional watch

MTN launched a promotion in march 2019 where if you upgrade to the huawei mate 20 pro it includes the GT watch. I upgraded my contract at MTN Galleria on 1 march 2019. I received the phone immediately and was told there is no stock of the watch. They ordered the watch immediately. They said the watch would take 10-14 working days to be delivered to the store. Its now been 40 working days and still i have not received my watch. I phoned Huawei customer care 3 times where i was told it would be escalated. I phone MTN daily to find out if there has been any response as to when the watch is coming. MTN has already launched another promotion with a free watch yet i am still waiting for mine from the previous promotion. According to MTN galleria the watches are coming in at approximately 1 a week yet i was the first one at the store to upgrade and i have not yet received my watch. I have been patient up to now but this is beyond ridiculous. I would like Huawei to give concrete factual answers as to why i have not yet received my watch. I have paid for it for 2 months already. It should not take bad mouthing a company for them to actually get things done.
