Huawei Promotion

Hi. My wife and I upgraded our cell phone contracts on the 17th of March 2019 at the Vodacom Customer Center in Menlyn Shopping Centre. We upgraded to the Huawei P20 Mate Promotion for which you will receive the Huawei Mate watch. On that same day we both app**** for the Promotion on the Huaweipromo website link. We both received the sms stating we will be validated to receive the watch. I have already received my watch a week ago afyer all the sms's received and emails confirming. My wife however, never received any sms's neither any emails stating that she qualifies or that she will receive het watch. She never received the watch at all. I think this is poor service and that she was supposed to receive the watch as we both apl**** online 2 minutes appart. I would like Huawei to correct this as it is u acceptable.
