Huawei Promo - Empty Promises

On the 30th March I have purchased a Huawei Pro 20 Mate phone and was promised a free smar****ch with it. I was told it will take 14 days to get delivered. I have followed up several times via email with the Call Centre, Huawei promoters, on social media and all I receive is empty promises and that the problem is escalated but not one person feels responsible to give me feedback when I finally will receive this watch. Even worse - every time I contact the contact centre I am told to resend my invoice and give info on IMEI numbers. They should have all details by now 10 times from me and still not one person finds it necessary to give me feedback. I never ever had such a frustrating experience with a Samsung promo. This experience leaves a very frustrating impression with the brand and I only can recommend to everyone to run far and fast if a Huawei promoter promises something.... Here are some of the names I dealt with from the call centre: Phumzile - 6th of May, ****ne - 13th May, Sthembile Radebe - 16th May, Evelyn - 23th May.
