Huawei promo deal

On the 30th of April 2019 I purchased a Huawei P30 pro. I was informed that I will received a free wireless charger upon submitting my details to the Huawei promo website. I submitted everything accordingly and received an email saying my application is successful and awaiting verification. A month has passed and despite being in constant contact with the Huawei Mobile Facebook page via posting on their page and inbox messages I still did not receive my verification and my charger. Upon perusal of the Facebook page it shows there are several others who are faced with the same issue as I am regarding the wireless charger.
