Huawei Powerbank CP07 Black
5 Months old Power bank apparently doesnt have a warranty, how does a supplier/vendor not warrant their own product???? Sure it was a gift that came with my Wife and I phones, but its still Huawei brand and should most definitely be supported under warrantee and honoured as such!!!! And then a 1st level consultant is also absolutely not helpful as it is always the same in South Africa, NO HELP OR SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER!!! Huawei is a big brand, big name, and dumb faults like this is what throws your name away, especially after the previous dilemma with your CEO.
A product is paid for (YES INCLUDED IN THE END TOTAL CONTRACTUAL FEE EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY ITS A GIFT!) and there is no Warantee!???!?!?
Below is the chat from the Online Chat!
Nlanga 17:51 Hello. How may I help you?
xander strydom 17:51 hi i am utterly disgusted now with huawei
Nlanga 17:52 Hi. Thank you for contacting the Huawei Chat Service. My name is Nlanga, how may I assist you today?
xander strydom 17:53 i took a contract +-5 months ago from telkom sa cell provider, 2 p20 lite phones just when they came out, and received 2 gifts from huawei (1 powerbank and 1 headset kit), the powerbank is not working anymore and it was fine, i went to the shop they told me to contact huawei for warrantee so how can a worldwide supplier ship and deal faulty devices!? not even a year old and its ******ed\
Nlanga 17:55 Xander you saying the power bank is not working
xander strydom 17:55 yes i am saying that, +-5 months old and its dead, only showing a flashing white light when you try charge and yes i tried multiple cables, charge blocks and also googled, they say its a faulty device board or batteries, or even pc board
Nlanga 17:57 I cannot imagine how upsetting it for you to experience this. i would like to advise you that there is no warranty when coming to gifts .
xander strydom 17:57 WHAT this is absolutely bad service! its a huawei product, their name, their brand, any and all branded products should have warrantee if that is a gift or not its carrying the brand name, and this is making the name bad
Nlanga 17:58 I am sorry you feel this way however gifts don't have warranty
xander strydom 17:59 i wil be posting this on hello peter, in my whole of 10years+ in IT i have never heard of such pathetic service that a Supplier i.e. Huawei does not warrant their devices!
xander strydom 17:59 thx. bye Delivered
