HUAWEI POOR POOR SERVICE
Huawei adapted fast to the bad service delivery in South-Africa. I ordered my Promo watch 2 weeks ago. Haven't received it yet. I followed up and the only answer I got was "We have a back log, you must be patient" They and MTN are not patient to take my money!! We would surely never recommend anyone to take up these promo deals. It's only a hoax if you ask me!

18 Sept 2019, 12:49Today I phoned Huawei again. Spoken to Allesandro. And guess what the answer was.. We will escalate our query. Unbelieveable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Why does companies get away with poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HUAWEI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
