HUAWEI ...PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm highly disappointed in the Huawei claims department . My brother did a claim on the 3rd of August and up till today the claim is not yet processed . Almost a month later . They haven't phoned or updated him even once . They wait for him to phone in all the time and even when he does, they just tell him the claim is being investigated . I phoned the claims department last week and was advised that he should send a letter giving me authority in order for them to give me info regarding this claim. He did exactly that . Today I phoned and they claim not to have received the letter of authority !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! According to Bassie I'm not allowed to speak to the manager . This is utterly ridiculous because they can't even tell me when my brother can expect the claim to be finalized . Does anyone know where I can report Huawei??????
