Huawei P9 Summer Promotion

<p>I see lots of other people complaining about the same thing...so guess this is a ****. When I bought my Huawei P9 from Vodacom on 17/11/2016 I was given a R2000 Woolworths voucher as part of the 'Huawei P9 Summer promotion'. I registered on the http://www.huaweip9summer.co.za/ website and received an e-mail ********** that a call center agent will contact me within 72 hours. It has been more than 150 hours and no response yet. I have e-mailed this e-mail address several times but no response. Also escalated to both Vodacom and Huawei helpdesks so awaiting some sort of feedback. This promotion is starting to hurt both the Vodacom and Huawei brand as this kind of customer service is absolutely pathetic :-(</p>
