I upgraded my Vodacom contract beginning of July 2017 and after years of using Samsung I decided to go with the Huawei P9 Lite. The phone is 2 months old and for the last few days have been giving issues where the Navigation panel at the bottom of the touch screen throws a mirror image of the screen that flashes. I took the phone to the Vodacom store where i got it from and they did a "hard reboot" of the phone. Problem still came back. They advised me to take the phone directly to the Huawei Service Centre in Melrose Arch as they will be able to assist me. I went to this Service Centre and was absolutely disgusted with the service I received from this store. The lady who assisted me was rude and did not even bother to try to assist me. I explained to her that I need to get it sorted out and that I cannot be without a cellphone, she did not seem to care. I also asked why can the phone not be replaced with a new phone because surely if the phone is only 2 months old and already giving issues, it must be a factory fault. Needless to say I ended up walking out of the store with no joy of getting this sorted out. I am absolutely disgusted that this is the way they treat there product users.
