Huawei P9 ****!!!! Dont use it!!!!

<p>After 4 emails to Huawei, they have failed to come back to me regarding an issue with the P9 battery life. When i first emailed them I had my phone for 3 weeks and added my corporate email onto it. In the morning when i unplug the charger, after 60 minutes, the battery is on 60%, and i notified Hauwei about this and was asked for IMEI and other screen shots and still have not heard anything from this company. I also have a iPhone 7 with my corporate email linked to it and 7 additional apps, and i can only honestly say, more superior battery life and haven to had an issue with it. </p> <p>More importantly, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is superior and not where you have to wait over a week for a reply. </p> <p>Is this how they practice customer service? Please give me the contact details of someone superior cause you Mickey Mouse staff dont understand . the importance of your BRAND!!</p>
