Huawei P8 Lite Bluetooth and Wifi not working

My phone Huawei P8 Lite WiFi and bluetooth is no longer working, my phone is almost a year old. I took a Telkom contract 23 February 2018. Before the contract has expired the phone is no longer working. What can I do as I was told to bring the phone to your head office in Melrose Arch JHB. This is a huge inconvenience to me. I also saw after research that this make and model of phone has a common problem where the bluetooth and wifi gives up or stops working. Kindly contact me Huawei Customer Care.
