Huawei P8

I recently got the Huawei P8 phone. I have had trouble with the phone since day one. I am not able to work on it during charging. After charging, I first have to power it off, before I can use it again. Lately, my alarm does not go off. I set it for a certain time, and it just change to another time. It does not go off at all. My concern is, that if I should take it to the shop, they would want to send it away....and I will be left without a phone for weeks. I am really disappointed in the P8.
