Huawei P30 series claim never received.

I need to know what happened to my P30 series gift that was claimed for after my upgrade on 22 April 2019 and supposedly dispatched as per the sms received on the 6th May 2019. I haven't received any communication from then whereas I was told that the courier will only take 3 weeks to get to me and it's been over 2months already.
