Huawei P30 PRO Promo load of false advertising worst ever service

I recently Upgraded my Contract at Vodacom to the 30 Pro which came with a Huawei Watch GT. There was an in store Huawei Consultant who assisted me in registering for the device and advised that there was lots of Stock. I have not heard anything back from Huawei, i have logged 8 different calls with their South African Support Centre (***) to receive no response them on the matter after multiple escalations on their side. Pretty disappointed with the service and false advertising.it has taken literally 8 weeks and no one can assist me the agents are not helpfull the supervisor does not fulfill their problems , i am at a breaking point now
