Huawei P30 Pro making me deaf!

I am a loyal Huawei client and had a P20 and P10 before getting a new P30 Pro. It is an amazing phone, camera, etc and I am genuinely happy with the device.

There is one HUGE problem with the P30 though - I am on the road a lot and use the phone connected to my car via Blutooth - 2018 Toyota Fortuner - and every time after a phone call there is an audible beep to advise that the call is completed - BUT with the new P30 that audible tone is sooooo loud that it hurts your ears!

I have been in contact with Huawei's contact center many times over the last 4 weeks regarding this problem and although my query has been escalated twice no one seems able to help me as they say it is part of the phone's makeup and can not be changed.....?

This leaves me in a very difficult position with nowhere to go and unable to use the phone on any Bluetooth device as that beep is extremely loud and ear piercing.

What to do ?
