Huawei P30 Pro claim

I purchased a Huawei P30 Pro on the 10th of April 2019, I registered for the gift and received a verification email on the 12th of April 2019. Ive been calling to enquire about when I will receive the gift and I get told that the matter has been escalated to their promotions department and I will receive feedback in the 3-5 working days. The only interaction that I've been having with them is if I call them. Everytime I call I'm told to send my proof of purchase and a screenshot of the email I received. Everytime I send in my proof of purchase and the screenshot, I am promised that someone will call me or send an email, I have never received any call or email. Not even a text message,
