Huawei Online sim locked device

Being ****** has brought so much bad luck. First it was my insurance coming up with ridiculous excess. When they finally paid up, I bought a phone online on Huawei. When the phone was not delivered after waiting the whole day, I called and I was told the courier company was hijacked. I had to wait while they sort out their issues. Finally when I got the phone, they sent me a Vodacom phone with a sim lock. Why would I go through all the trouble of buying a Vodacom phone online, I could have just gone to Vodacom store if I wanted a Vodacom phone and came home with it instead of waiting for it to be delivered. Now Huawei customer care tells me I have to wait another 3 days. Imagine being made to wait for this long only to be made to wait again as if it's my fault. Why am I being punished for something that is not my fault. I saw a Vodacom phone which came with free headset and I avoided it, yet I still got it without those stupid free headset. So far, it's the 6th time I'm buying a Huawei phone and I have never had any problem. I'm so disappointed that this time around I was given a phone with problems, now I'm being punished by being made to wait as if it's my fault.
