Huawei Official Store website useless

Trying to order a Huawei band 6 from https://consumer.huawei.com. Placed order yesterday paid deposit as requested. Got an email to say order not successful make payment. Didn't like that and as payment not through my credit card I cancelled this morning and placed order and paid deposit again. Website says: Order Details "Please pay deposit and remaining balance to complete purchase" When you click on Order View Details just below the above comment it says: "Successful partial payment" (the part payment is the deposit). So on same page in website it says pay deposit and successful partial payment. And I get another email to say Your order placed on 15/06/2021 wasn't successfully fulfilled. Click here to continue the process, otherwise our system will automatically cancel the order. Website is probably the worst I have used for this payment confusion. This is all before product received. Useless website.
