Huawei Not Honoring Their Promise

I purchased 2 Huawei Mate 20 Pro phones in March this year. With one the phones from MTN, I was entitled to a Huawei Watch as part of the deal. I completed the necessary application on-line and waited for a response. They rep**** and asked me to send a copy of the invoice. I did so and nothing happened. i re-submitted the application and again they asked me for a copy of the invoice which I sent. Again nothing. I resent the email to 2 different email addresses and again no response. I am shocked that I purchased 2 very expensive phones from a "reputable" company and they are not honoring their promise.
