Huawei not as good as they used to be.

Two years ago I first started my relationship with the Huawei brand to see how their products and service is. I was blown away with the customer satisfaction and product quality. I have decided to change my brand to Huawei. In my process of changing over, the pandemic hit us and all got put on hold. Now I am ready to carry on but was met with disappointment from the word go. I tried to visit Huawei at Vodacom World on Sunday, but unfortunately they are now close on Sundays. So yesterday I called Vodacom World to get me the contact number for Huawei but there is no contact number and they were supposed to call me back but nothing. This morning I called Vodacom World again and now they transferred the call to their personal phone and walked over to Huawei to hand them the phone to talk to me. Very unprofessional. The the lady at Huawei could not assist me as she only knew basic stuff and had no Idea of the products I was interested in. It seems that Huawei was too good to be true and I'm glad I didn't waste my money in the change over.
