Huawei " No Support No Backup"

Hi I got a Huawei S 7 Tablet .. a oldy but a goodie. I have tried to get a replacement battery on my own, no luck. I thought who better to contact them the Supplier of the Tablet, Huawei.. what a disappointment, they have one in Midrand I can collect... Not specific where nothing. Treat me like just a number.... Next... They say they will sent me places where I can purchase this battery. Ok no *1... I am in South Africa..no *2..I don't want 100 pieces..... That was the info they sent me...neatless to say..... I still don't have a battery... I don't know why they can't assist me with this.... It is a Huawei Product... Surely they must be able to get me at least 1 replacement Battery ... I even ask must I throw it away... The person said .. if you want to Sir...... like they just don't care... Treat me like a nobody...
