Huawei nightmare... Stick with sumsung or IPhone

Service sucks, never purchase a Huawei product ever.. stick with your Samsung or IPhone....VIP service on my P20 is non existent, sent e-mails, called the service centre... Promises, promises... to date not a single response from anyone... ???
