Huawei mobile warranty is a rip-off

<p>Good day</p> <p>On the 22nd of May 2017 I reported my faulty Huawei P8(GRA-L09)camera lens to Huawei call centre(***).</p> <p>Everytime i use the camera I will get a blurry picture because the lens wasn't stable.</p> <p>I was then asked to book it for repairs as it was still under warranty. The job number given to me was H2HW076102.</p> <p>I got the shock of my life when i was told that Huawei mobile warranty doesn't cover the back part of the phone which include the camera lens. </p> <p> </p> <p>To avoid further frustrations i paid the amount of R1150.00 to smartlab in order for repairs to proceed.</p> <p>On the 22nd of June i received an sms stating that my phone is ready for collection but i must collect it in Cape Town while the host address is in Kuruman.</p> <p>I would appreciate if my mobile phone can be delivered where it was collected from with immediate effect.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Aobakwe</p> <p> </p>
