Huawei menlyn square repair centre pathetic service

I visited menlyn square Huawei repair centre in December to book my phone in for repairs , my device was still working and the issue with the device was battery and rear glass cover that needed to be replaced .The whole of December no one contacted me, I phoned the store to follow up, I was told parts not yet delivered ok, after 2 weeks in January ,I phoned and I was told same story, then again now in February I phoned the stored this time around I was told to bring the device for parts to be replaced , parts was replaced then I get home charge the device ,it over heat while on charger, flash light ,n camera light no longer working and no sound , decided to go and buy another phone to use ,then return the device back to stored m being told I must buy new motherboard. how can I buy new board before they work on my device all those things where very functional , my phone even ring while I was at the store and I answered the call they can check that on their cameras in the store,

Manager of the store phone me n hang the phone on my ear @huawei SA please fix the service of that store you will loose more customer

@huawei SA I've bought new device and it's not Huawei because of the service I have received in that store
