Huawei Menlyn Mall - **********, unprofessional, pathetic service!

The service (which is very limited) at Huawei in Menlyn Mall is **********, I have sent my smart watch in for repair and I have been waiting for over 3 weeks now, with limited communication from their side, I have been phoning and sending several emails with almost no success. This is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life, extremely unprofessional and I would highly recommend any to avoid this branch at all costs. I had to nag them for a job card, which took forever to be issued, then after I had to nag them for a diagnostic and repair report, I only received this after contacting HQ, I am still waiting for the banking details, which was initially sent to me as an informal email without any letterhead or official/legitimate form of communication. The pathetic service is ridiculously unprofessional, if I could give a 0 or even less for this rating I would. Unfortunately I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved.
