Huawei Menlyn mall

Good day,

I would like to report bad service I received from the menlyn mall branch. We went into the store to request battery changes for my phones and the lady said go and sit on the couch without any one asking whether they can assist or not. My husband is disabled and cannot wait to long due to his condition. We asked for assistance then the lady said she only works with sales. In the meantime the staff are busy talking with each other instead of assisting the customers. We left my husband there and after an hour the guy said the technician is not in store and we should wait another 4 hours to book the phones in and collect tomorrow. Unfortunately we are working full-time and we cannot drive every day to the store to collect the phone. This service delivery of the store was very bad that I would not recommend anyone to go the store.
