HUAWEI- MELROSE SERVICE A DISGRACE

I am absolutely shocked at the quality of service from Huawei service center in Melrose!!

I took my P20 Pro in this past Saturday for a screen repair (i was impressed they offer one free screen repair and the fact that they offered a vip service on my P20 Pro which means i would get a loan phone to used until it was repaired AND my phone would be delivered to me once repaired. The female that assisted me promised my phone would be repaired by monday afternoon, and even on the VIP service it states, P20 Pro screen fix takes ONE HOUR. I asked that it be delivered, and in the end they didn't end up taking down the delivery address, I had to phone customer support the next day to give those details.

Its now Tuesday and I have still not had any feedback.

To top it off, Melrose service center does not have a phone where they can be contacted on, only and emailed which of course I'm getting no reply. When I phoned customer support, they could not give me any info on the status of my repair nor could they get me in contact with Huawei Melrose.

I was told by that same female, there was no was no way to keep my pictures safe and I would lose everything, but when contacting someone else from Huawei he said it is possible for them to back it up and restore it for me.

There was one lady the helped me, I'm not sure if I am allowed to mention names but I'll make sure she gets a letter of appraisal.
