Huawei Melrose Arch - Worst service and no communication at all

Huawei store Melrose Arch - Booked in my device on 02 Jan 2020 for the battery only to be replaced and was told this would take 3-4 days, paid for the work before hand as this was required and 14 days later there has been no contact from the store, i phoned in many times and ask to speak to the store manager and he/she is never in or busy(avoiding clients) worst service EVER received, this is seriously pathetic and not how a business should operate, clearly they do not even respond to posts here on hellopeter.
