Huawei Melrose Arch repair centre

Huawei repair centre in Melrose arch do not even deserve 1 star honestly .The staff are so good in misinforming customers and providing false information . I went to do a battery replacement and was advised to make upfront payment to book the device in .A week later a quotation was sent to me advising that I need to pay an additional fee for extra repairs which I was not even informed about upfront by the consultant .I app**** and filled out paper work for a refund on the 9th of July and was informed that I had to wait 3-7 days for payment to reflect (another lie). ,even though I had made upfront payment .Its been almost 2 weeks now since applying for a refund that I have not received my money back .I am being told different stories by each person assisting me .The manager ,Bonnie stopped responding to my e-mails . They have no customer service at all -This is probably the reason why they do not have any transparency or give out the number to the service centre . I would never advise anyone to use that service centre at all.
