Huawei Melrose Arch - Dismal service

I can sum up the service experience that I have from Huawei Melrose Arch in one one...DISMAL! More than 2 weeks ago I took my phone for a battery and back cover replacement. They said the waiting period would be 3 - 5 days. After 2 weeks and various vague and non-committal emails later, they said I will get my phone yesterday. Now they say they do not know when I can get it. Seems like nobody knows what's going on over there and if they cannot confirm a small thing like delivery details of the spares they are apparently waiting for, then I am very surprised by their absolute lack of ability and also organization. I am stuck without a phone during the busiest period of business and they are playing games.
