Huawei Mate Pro (GT watch) LIEESSSSSSSS!!!

My Fiancé upgraded het MTN contract to Mate 20 pro. She had an opportunity to claim a free GT watch. She was successful as she got an sms on 18 April 2019 indicating that the watch will be delivered within the next 2 weeks.

When she called after the two weeks she spoke to Thabang and he took het details and stated that this matter will be escalating and she should call after hours. The time lapsed. On the 22nd she received an e-mail from Bongani Dlamini who says he is the Huawei Hotline Team Leader. He wanted proof of purchase and sms? I mean common don't they know who they send the messages to? now you must proof that you are not lying. She submitted it to him. To date he didn't return with a resolution. She called the offices again and spoke to Steven who indicating that he will escalate the matter. It is obvious that someone there don't know what should be done as she is being sent to pillar and post.

I feel like returning this Phone as the services receiving is disgusting. The IMEI of this Phone is : ********** ********** 0 and thus phone was taken at MTN Kroonstad Free State.
