Huawei lying about fault with my GT2 Sports watch

I have without resolve from Huawei decided to post this on your platform as i feel that i have been **** to by all persons involved in my problem. May watch a GT2 sports stopped working and i was told it is the touch screen that is faulty and a the time a common problem. Well needless to say i send my watch in for them to look and replace but they came back and told me that it had rust inside. I tried to fight this with many emails but it was fruitless the result been that i have a watch that is not working. Because of them telling it was rusted inside and sending me photo's that they had taken, i took the liberty of opening the watch myself and not a single trace of rust was found. I stripped every part out of the watch. NO RUST WHATSOEVER. Now i ask how do i get this problem resolved because Huawei had **** tome about my watch.
