Huawei Lie and then won't refund!!

Bought a top of the range Hauwei smart watch online. Their sa website lists pay function. Could not get it to work. Went to the local agents - not supported. Asked to return watch - not possible as I had opened the box.

There was no way for me to check the functionality without opening the box.

Now they refuse to accept my return or refund me.

I have copies of all relevant websites and their emails to me.

So- ythey can lie about the specifications of their product and then basically tell you to ***** yourself.
