Huawei Isitepower-M - After Sales support is pathetic

I purchased the Huawei Isitepower-M 10kw inverter system at ACDC (Around March 2023) at an exorbitant price (Over R100 000) due to their warranty and features and now it's almost half the price! When I had an issue, Huawei technicians helped at first then completely gave up. A pump at random intervals (Sometimes it would just work fine) caused the inverter to cut off. The technicians could not point out the issue because the inverter wasn't overloading when it tripped and there was no indication as to why it works sometimes and at other times it cuts off. At some point they were going to replace the inverter but then quickly diverted from their decision and said they needed to troubleshoot further. 3 Months later I have had to fork out over 15k to get things to work due to zero feedback and not being able to use my backup power or solar investment. Despite many escalations with senior Huawei support staff, they just ignored my requests without any assistance. Their 10 Year warranty is useless if they can't resolve issues that do not go against their warranty terms. These guys should be exposed!
