Huawei is running a big **** of a promotion with underhand marketing tactics!

I bought a Huawei P30 Pro which came with P30 Lite at the beginning of this month. This deal included a promo watch. I claimed the promo watch by submitting proof of purchase and Huawei acknowledged that the claim was successful and that they will deliver the watch within five days. But I have never received a watch until today. I contacted customer care, they promised to follow the matter up and they've not come back to me either. The customer is extremely useless. In the first place, it is the prospect of getting the watch that made me go this deal. I think Huawei is running a big ****, duping unsuspecting customers like myself to purchase their products. This is dubious and misleading marketing tactic that should be allowed. It is becoming clear why Huawei is banned in the USA.
