Huawei is ****

I book my phone in for a screen repair on 26 jan 2020 and paid upfront and I was told the phone will be ready in 2 week I started calling around to other huawei repair centre they told me it should take 2-3 days seeing that I paid cash. I login in to the huawei onsite on the 5feb 2020 check how far the phone is and it showed me it have been done on the 30 jan 2020 and all the people I contact could not tell me where my phone is or when it will be ready yesterday I received a call to say it ready and today i collected the phone when i got home and check the phone with the imei number it's not the same and when i call again they said they cant do anything
