Huawei is DISAPPOINTING

The service at Huawei is appalling. I have been without a phone for three days now after dropping it off at Melrose Arch for a screen replacement. I was told it would take a day to fix (they would be able to fix it while I wait) but three days on and I am still without a phone. I am all things disappointed at the moment.
